Description

Classic deviled eggs elevated with savory, flavors featuring crispy beef, tangy blue cheese, and a kick of heat—perfect for making a statement at any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs, hard‑boiled and halved
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 slices crispy cooked beef, chopped
  • 1 tsp hot sauce (e.g., Frank’s or Buffalo-style)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped chives or paprika, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Peel and halve the hard‑boiled eggs, placing yolks in a medium bowl.
  2. Mash yolks until crumbly, then stir in mayonnaise, mustard, hot sauce, blue cheese, and half of the chopped beef. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pipe or spoon mixture into egg white halves.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining beef, chives (or paprika), and additional blue cheese if desired.
  5. Chill until ready to serve—best served cold.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, swap half the mayo for Greek yogurt.
  • Add extra kick with Sriracha in place of hot sauce for variation.
  • Cook beef until extra crispy for enhanced crunch.
  • Make ahead: prepare filling up to a day ahead and fill just before serving.
