Ingredients

Instructions
- Casserole: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Layer torn English muffins evenly at the bottom of the dish.
- Hollandaise Sauce: Melt butter over low heat. In another bowl, whisk egg yolks, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Slowly pour warm butter into egg mixture while whisking constantly until thickened. Add warm water if needed for desired consistency.
