Ingredients

- 1 oz elderflower cordial (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Fruit and Veggies: Slice the cucumber, strawberries, and orange. Set aside some mint leaves for garnish.
- Mix the Juices: In a large pitcher, combine the apple juice, orange juice, and lemon juice. Stir well.
- Add the Fruit and Cucumber: Add the cucumber slices, strawberry slices, and orange slices to the pitcher. Gently stir to mix the ingredients together.
- Optional Elderflower Cordial: If using, add the elderflower cordial to the pitcher and stir gently.
- Serve: Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the mixture over the ice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a burst of aroma and color.
