Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: Combine the drained white beans, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor. Blend everything until you get a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Adjust Seasoning: Taste the hummus and add more salt, pepper, or lemon juice as needed to balance the flavors.
- Chill and Serve: Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and chill it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with fresh veggies or pita bread for dipping.
