Instructions

- Combine main ingredients: Add cauliflower florets, vegetable broth, and dried thyme into the pot, stirring to combine.
- Simmer: Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 20–25 minutes until cauliflower is very tender.
- Blend soup: Using an immersion blender or countertop blender, puree the soup until smooth and creamy.
- Season: Taste the soup and season with salt and black pepper as desired.
