Description

This creamy espresso drink combines  flavor of fresh espresso with the smoothness of half-and-half. Perfect for coffee lovers who enjoy a luxurious, velvety texture, this drink can be customized with sweeteners and flavor syrups to suit your taste.


Ingredients

  • Fresh espresso (1–2 shots) – Use your favorite coffee beans for the best flavor
  • ¾ cup half-and-half (A 50/50 blend of whole milk and heavy cream)
  • Optional sweetener, to taste (Sugar, honey, agave, or sugar-free alternatives)
  • Optional flavor syrups (Vanilla, hazelnut, caramel, or seasonal flavors)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat ¾ cup of half-and-half over medium heat until it begins to steam. Be careful not to let it boil.
  2. Pour the brewed espresso into your favorite coffee mug, then slowly add the steamed half-and-half. Stir gently to combine.
  3. If desired, add your sweetener of choice to taste. Stir well to dissolve.
  4. For a flavored coffee drink, add a few drops of your favorite syrup, such as vanilla, hazelnut, caramel, or any seasonal flavor you like. Stir to combine.
  5. Enjoy your creamy espresso drink immediately, and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa powder for an extra touch.
