Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350 °F (175 °C) to ensure it’s at the perfect temperature for baking the loaf evenly.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and honey (or keto sweetener) until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift together the coconut flour and baking powder to avoid lumps and ensure even distribution.
- Fold Dry into Wet: Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring gently until a smooth, homogenous batter forms. Coconut flour absorbs liquid quickly, so ensure there are no clumps.
- Prepare Loaf Pan: Lightly grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
