Cinnamon Yogurt Dough Bites are a quick and easy treat made with soft dough, sweet cinnamon-sugar coating, and an optional drizzle of melted chocolate. Perfect for a snack, breakfast, or dessert!
Ingredients
- 140g self-raising flour
- 140g sweetened Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Melted chocolate (optional, for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a medium bowl, combine the self-raising flour and sweetened Greek yogurt. Mix well until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add more flour until manageable.
- Lightly flour your hands or a work surface. Divide the dough into small, bite-sized pieces and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spaced slightly apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
- While the dough bites are baking, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Once the dough bites are baked and slightly cooled, roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.
- If desired, melt some chocolate and drizzle it over the cinnamon-sugar-coated dough bites for an extra indulgent touch.
- Serve warm and enjoy as a snack or dessert!
