Ingredients
- 1 small roll canned biscuits
- ¼ cup sugar (mix of white and brown)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1–2 tablespoons butter, melted
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 teaspoons milk
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Biscuit Pieces: Cut the canned biscuits into quarters.
- Make the Cinnamon Sugar Mixture: In a bowl, mix white and brown sugar with cinnamon.
- Coat Biscuit Pieces: Dip each biscuit piece in melted butter and coat with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Bake: Place coated biscuit pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Prepare the Glaze: While baking, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make the glaze. Adjust milk for desired consistency.
- Drizzle the Glaze: Once the biscuit bites are done, drizzle the glaze over them before serving.
Notes
- For added crunch, try adding chopped nuts like pecans or walnuts to the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- For a chocolate twist, drizzle melted chocolate on top after glazing.
- Mix small diced apples or berries into the dough for a fruity flavor.
- If you prefer less sweetness, reduce the sugar or glaze to suit your taste.
