Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle or circle about 1/4 inch thick and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic. Brush the mixture evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the dough.
- Top with Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired, then slice into breadsticks and serve warm.
