Description

These cheesy garlic breadsticks are soft, buttery, and loaded with melted cheese and garlic flavor—perfect as an appetizer, side dish, or party snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle or circle about 1/4 inch thick and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic. Brush the mixture evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the dough.
  5. Top with Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
