Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In an oven-safe dish, mix together the shredded Monterey Jack, shredded cheddar, diced green chiles, minced chipotle pepper in adobo, and cream until evenly incorporated.
- Bake: Place the dish in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
