Ingredients
Caviar and Crème Fraîche
- 2 oz caviar (sturgeon or roe)
Creme Fraiche
- 1/2 cup crème fraîche or sour cream
Bases
- 20 mini blinis or toast points
Garnish
- Chopped chives for garnish
Instructions
- Arrange bases on platter. Place mini blinis or toast points on a serving platter.
- Spoon crème fraîche and caviar. Top each base with ½ teaspoon of crème fraîche and ¼ teaspoon of caviar.
- Garnish with chives. Sprinkle chopped chives over the caviar and crème fraîche bites.
