Description

Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads or naan breads (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1 lb cooked chicken breast, shredded

  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing (for drizzling)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced (optional)

  • 1/4 cup chopped celery (optional, for garnish)

  • Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

  • Olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • In a small bowl, toss the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.

  • Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Brush the flatbreads lightly with olive oil for a crispier crust, if desired.

  • Spread a thin layer of ranch or blue cheese dressing on each flatbread.

  • Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture on top of each flatbread.

  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over the chicken.
