Ingredients
For the Couscous:
- 1 cup couscous
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped

Instructions
- Cook the Couscous: In a saucepan, bring the chicken broth, olive oil, salt, and pepper to a boil. Stir in the couscous, cover, and remove from heat. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
- Prepare the Chicken: Rub the Moroccan spice blend onto the chicken breasts. Heat olive oil in a skillet, add the chicken, and cook until browned on both sides. Remove the chicken and sauté the chopped onion in the same pan.
