Description

Breakfast Bagel Sliders are mini bagel sandwiches packed with eggs, cheese, and your favorite breakfast meats, making them a satisfying and portable morning meal perfect for brunches or meal prepping.


Ingredients

  • 6 mini bagels, sliced in half
  • 6 large eggs
  • 6 slices cooked beef or sausage patties
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Optional toppings: sliced avocado, tomato, spinach, or hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly toast bagel halves if desired.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Scramble the eggs until just set, then remove from heat.
  4. Place bottom halves of the mini bagels on a baking sheet.
  5. Layer scrambled eggs, cheese slices, and cooked beef or sausage on each bagel bottom.
  6. Add any optional toppings, then cover with the top halves of the bagels.
  7. Bake in the oven for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and sliders are heated through.
  8. Serve warm, or wrap individually for on-the-go breakfasts.
