Description

“Indulge in a sweet and cozy Biscoff Latte, combining the rich flavors of espresso, steamed milk, and Biscoff cookie spread. This deliciously creamy coffee drink is perfect for chilly mornings or as a treat any time of day.”

Ingredients

  • 1 shot of espresso (or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee)
  • 1 tbsp Biscoff cookie spread
  • 1 cup steamed milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Ground cinnamon or Biscoff cookie crumbs (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a small aucepan, gently heat the Biscoff cookie spread with 2-3 tbsp of milk over low heat until it melts into a smooth syrup. Stir to combine.
  • Steam the remaining milk until frothy. If you don’t have a steamer, you can heat the milk on the stove and use a milk frother or a whisk to create foam.
  • Pour the Biscoff syrup into the bottom of a coffee mug, then add the freshly brewed espresso or coffee.
  • Slowly pour the steamed milk into the mug, stirring to mix the Biscoff syrup with the coffee.
  • Optionally, add vanilla extract for extra flavor.
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or crushed Biscoff cookie crumbs.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For an extra indulgent treat, top with whipped cream before adding the cinnamon or cookie crumbs.

  • If you prefer a sweeter latte, add a teaspoon of sugar or more Biscoff spread to taste.

  • You can use any non-dairy milk (like oat or almond milk) for a dairy-free version.
