Ingredients
Steak
- 2 round steaks (about 6 oz each)
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it is hot enough to sear the steaks properly and cook them evenly.
- Prepare the steaks. Brush both sides of the round steaks with olive oil, then season them evenly with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to build a flavorful crust.
- Arrange in air fryer basket. Place the seasoned steaks in a single layer inside the air fryer basket to allow hot air to circulate and cook the meat evenly.
- Cook the steaks. Air fry the steaks for 8–10 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time to ensure even doneness and browning.
- Rest before serving. Remove the steaks from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat for a tender and juicy result.
