Ingredients

Steak

  • 2 round steaks (about 6 oz each)

Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it is hot enough to sear the steaks properly and cook them evenly.
  2. Prepare the steaks. Brush both sides of the round steaks with olive oil, then season them evenly with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to build a flavorful crust.
  3. Arrange in air fryer basket. Place the seasoned steaks in a single layer inside the air fryer basket to allow hot air to circulate and cook the meat evenly.
  4. Cook the steaks. Air fry the steaks for 8–10 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time to ensure even doneness and browning.
  5. Rest before serving. Remove the steaks from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat for a tender and juicy result.
